Top Truck and SUV Accessories
If you own a pickup truck or SUV chances are your vehicle looks quite a bit different than from the day that you bought it home from the dealership. I’m not talking about wear and tear, scratches or dings, or any other thing that may have happened to it over the course of time. Rather, I am suggesting that you have customized it to look the way you want it to look. Let’s take a peek at some popular accessories on the market for pickups as well as for SUVs.
There are literally hundreds of after market parts and accessories available for trucks and SUVs. The following list is an alphabetical example [well, almost] of add-ons for your consideration:

Replacing a Car’s Windshield
It is a fact that auto windshields can crack or break and then need to be replaced and repaired. There can be various reasons for it. For example, a gravel or chip might hit the windshield while the car is on the move. Accidents can evidently cause the windshield to shatter completely. Extreme cold weather conditions cause its breakage. Many times, car windshields can often become victims of vandalism or careless driving of others.
The point is that auto windshields are made of toughened glass but the fact is that this glass is still vulnerable to damage. The car windshield has more to do than just blocking the dust and bugs from hitting the occupants while driving. It has a part to reduce the risk of being thrown from the car in a crash. It also keeps the roof from crushing if the car turns over and it even helps to deploy the airbag properly. If the windshield needs to be replaced because of cracks, it has to be done very precisely.

What Does Your Car’s Cooling System Do
Hello and welcome back to our series on automotive tools and how to guides for the new weekend warrior auto mechanic. This isn’t meant for the professional, but rather the average Joe who is looking to get his hands a little dirty on the weekends. In the past, we have covered a lot of tools but in today’s article I’m going to cover what it is that your car’s cooling system is design for. If you’ve been following along with my articles you should have a basic understanding of how your engine works.
It intakes air and fuel at a mixture of nearly 9,000lbs of air per 1lb of fuel by volume, and compresses them inside the combustion chamber. At that point, Spark travel through your ignition coil, through the distributor, down the plug where to where it jumps the gap in between the spark plug electrodes and combustion results.
